Our candles are meticulously crafted, using silky pure hand-poured soy wax—a biodegradable and renewable resource. Our candles are wooden wicked they offer a lux aesthetic and can produce a soft crackling sound when burned. They provide a broader scent throw, even burn, longer burning time, and are made from sustainable materials.

The best way to light our new crackling wooden wick is to pinch off the char from the previous burn and hold the jar on a 45 degree angle and light below the char where you see fresh wood, let the flame draw across the wick before setting down on a flat heatproof surface. Wood wicks need that little bit more time to get adequate heat. If the flame is too large, extinguish, trim the wick shorter and re-light. Ideally the wick should be only 3-4mm

THE FIRST BURN

WHEN LIGHTING FOR THE FIRST TIME, BURN THE CANDLE UNTIL WAX MELTS ACROSS THE ENTIRE SURFACE UP TO THE SIDES OF VESSEL AS THIS WILL PREVENT TUNNELLING, AND CREATE AN EVEN BURN FOR THE DURATION OF THE CANDLE'S 'LIFE'.

KEEP YOUR WICK TRIMMED TO 3-4mm BEFORE EVERY BURN. Pinch off the excess char rom previous burn

IT IS ALSO REALLY IMPORTANT CANDLES ARE NOT BURNT WHEN THERE IS 5mm OF WAX OR LESS REMAINING IN THE JAR,

BURN ON A HEAT PROOF SURFACE AWAY FROM FLAMMABLE OBJECTS AND DRAFTS
